Spiritual Warfare is Real.
There are so many books out there on spiritual warfare that it can be pretty overwhelming if you don't know where to start. If this describes you, worry not my friend. I've read a TON of books on this topic since the Lord delivered me from the occult.
This list is in no way exhaustive, but it's some of the books that I read in the very beginning when I really had no idea what was going on. These books helped me SO much. In short, spiritual warfare is very much so real. Some people might think it's not true, that Satan is not real, and that no spiritual entities exist in the supernatural spheres that seek to influence us. This is not true. Long story short. I've seen demons. I've been bruised by demons. Physically bruised. This is called demonic vexation. I was being harassed by demonic forces who sought to destroy me. I came under God's protection, and first-hand experienced what it's like to be delivered from Satan and transferred into the kingdom of Jesus. (Praise the Lord!)
If you are reading this because you are experiencing demonic harassment, please get rid of all objects that you have that are tied to the occult. Humble yourself and confess your sins to the Lord. Start reading your Bible. Faith is awakened by the message and the message that awakens come by the Word of Christ. Jesus Christ is the only one who saves from evil.
This stuff is real. It might seem innocent at first. But I am dead serious when I say that playing in the worldly realm of Satan because you don't think what you're doing "is a big deal," I'm telling now, it's not worth your soul over. It's the biggest deal in the world. Beyond the world. This isn't just your physical life we are talking about here. We are talking about eternal consequences. I was disobedient and lost in my sin, thinking that what I was doing was not only good but spiritually generative and positive. Boy, was I wrong. Satan's lies are shiny and sweet. But they lead you down an endless bottomless pit black hole of despair. Jesus gives us rest. Satan wants you to continue working and trying and giving, only to run you face-first into the ground. And he takes pleasure in tearing God's children away from Him. There is no rest in Satan. There is only endless searching and seeking and never finding.
In Jesus, you are home. You are found. You are loved.
